uhh-ohh.......I feel something big coming. Time to make a statement maybe? I'm waiting.
ReplyDeleteHumans rely on oil to a degree that makes all methods of development necessary. Until we are willing to invest more in safe alternatives or sacrifice our way of life some company straw will continue to drink our milkshake. No oil company puts the health and welfare of humans, much less wildlife or the environment, above its bottom line. The law does not currently protect us from their reach. It is immeasurably sad that it takes tragedies like this for the problem to become clear. I hope for a safer future where we understand and prepare for the risks before insisting upon development.
